Ten budding athletes won through to the second round of a sports competition held at Watamu Primary School. All the kids in in primary classes four to eight went along, with those who were not competing providing the supporting with lots of cheering.
Evans Khamis, Benard Charo, Peter Changawa, Khamis Katana, Riziki Nyanje, Shakila Said , Jane Juma, Pendo Charo, Fridah Sonje and Baraka Mkutano were successful in making it through to round two in Gede.
