Marathon man makes us a winner!

When Kurtis le Sueur decided to run a marathon he wanted a special cause to fuel his enthusiasm and keep him focussed.
And after hearing about our Happy House from a friend, who visits Watamu regularly, he knew had found just the charity to raise funds for and to keep him motivated.
Kurtis, who lives on the island of Jersey,  was one of more than 400 to take part in in the Jersey Standard Chartered Marathon back in October, 2014,  crossing the finishing line in a very good time of four hours and five minutes.
Well done Kurtis, and thank you for making our Happy House family a winner with the £552 your raised.
It is very much appreciated and every penny will make a difference to our children.

Networking in Blackpool

Thank you to the Best Little Network, a wonderful community of business women run by Melanie Hesketh, for inviting Happy House to be a part of a Business Networking Hub at the new Santander Business centre in the resort.
It was a fantastic evening with some great speakers and a chance to meet new people and make new friends.
Thank you, as always, for making your charities a part of your events.
