A true mother is not always the woman who gave birth to a child but the woman who has nurtured a child and been its guiding light.This was the view expressed by teacher Mr Ongwete at the annual Celebration of Life held at Happy House.This is particularly apt for the youngsters living in the care of Happy House family, some of whom orphaned or abandoned.For all the children in our care their mother figure is our amazing Mama Sue, the founder of Children of Watamu charity and creator of the Happy House children's home and school.Mr Ongwete talks about his own mum and how special she is to him.
