Aah apples!

​An apple a day ...add a banana and some milk and you have a tasty smoothie.But as well as tasting good, it does you good and can help regulate your blood pressure and build your bones.That's according to the findings of our three Happy House researchers - Rukia, Rehema and Harry for the Smoothie Challenge. So please accept their invitation to sit back and enjoy their presentation.
