Mama Sue has taken an assessment of the needs and decided it makes sense to build another for classrooms, instead of just the two urgently needed, to ensure our three schools have the ancillary classrooms needed by any educational establishment.
Even though the initial outlay is much higher, it is is much more cost effective to build them together now than to phase the development.
