A kiss of consolation from Papa Dave and lovely messages from her Happy House family and so many friends has lifted Mama's spirits after a fabulous, if just a little disappointing night at the Inspiration Awards for Women.
Now it back to the challenging but most rewarding job in the world for Mama Sue .... bringing up her kids and raising the money to house, clothe, feed and educate a family of 59 kids!
She and Elizabeth have a lot to do in the next few months to try to build on funds and to raise awareness and wasted no time. On the return journey from London they spent their time talking over ideas for find new avenues for funding.
For Mama, the smiles on the faces of those kids who now, and over many, many years to come, will have a safe, happy and fulfilling life, and the chance to make a difference in the world themselves, because of her Happy House, is reward enough.
