There was a warm and friendly welcome for Elizabeth Gomm when she was guest speaker at Galloway's Society for the Blind in Garstang, Lancashire, yesterday.
They were so interested to hear all about the Happy House and how it is changing the lives of children and the inspirational story Sue and her remarkable journey since she first visited Watamu 11 years ago.
At the end of the afternoon Elizabeth received a donation from the club, plus individual donations, which totalled £85 for the Happy House.
It was a very happy and enjoyable afternoon.
