Amanda Barron held a surprise 40th birthday party for her husband Mark requesting donations for the Happy House instead of gifts, writes Elizabeth Gomm.
The party was a great success with a splendid cake for Mark, but the real icing on the cake was all ours with £155 in donations.
Thank you so much to Amanda and Mark, from Bath, for thinking of celebrating a special occasion in this way.
